夏の賑わいが過ぎ、少しずつ空が高くなり、肌を撫でる風が涼しくなってくると、私の心は決まって、ある特別な季節への期待で満たされます。それは、日光が最も輝く季節、「秋」。

As the summer hustle and bustle fades, the sky gradually rises, and the cool breeze caresses my skin, my heart is filled with anticipation for a special season.

（補足情報：憾満ヶ淵）
憾満ヶ淵（かんまんがふち）は、日光市街地から少し離れた場所にあり、男体山から流れ出した溶岩によって形成された渓谷です。その昔、弘法大師がこの地を訪れ、その神秘的な景観に心を打たれ、「憾満」という言葉を残したことから、この名がついたと伝えられています。
川沿いに並ぶ「並び地蔵」は、およそ70体ほどあったと言われていますが、その正確な数は誰も数えられない、という言い伝えから、「化け地蔵」とも呼ばれています。風雪に耐え、じっと佇むお地蔵さまの姿は、私たちの心をそっと癒してくれます。
Hidden Gem: Kanmangafuchi (Kanmangafuchi)
Kanmangafuchi is located a short distance from downtown Nikko. This is a mystical, scenic spot, featuring a beautiful valley and the rows of Jizo statues lining the river.
It is said that there were around 70 “Nariba Jizo” statues lined up along the river, but legend has it that no one can count their exact number, hence the name “Ghost Jizo.” The sight of these Jizo statues standing motionless, enduring the wind and snow, gently soothes our hearts.
In autumn, the trees surrounding the valley turn red and yellow, creating an indescribably solemn atmosphere, complemented by the tranquil presence of the Jizo statues. The sounds of flowing water, chirping birds, and the breeze—here, you can sharpen your senses and experience the beauty of nature with your entire being.

Kanmangafuchi, located a short distance from downtown Nikko, is a valley formed by lava flowing from Mount Nantai. It is said that the name comes from the fact that Kobo Daishi, a monk who once visited this place, was so moved by its mystical scenery that he left behind the word “kanman” (fulfilled).
