How many people can use the group discount?

Adults of 3 or more persons will receive a discount of 500 yen each off the plan price. This discount can be used for the entire group.
This discount does not apply to arrangements brought in by guests.

Can I use a credit card?

VISA, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and DISCOVER,
Cash, PayPay, WeChat Pay, ID, Apple Pay, QUICPay, UnionPay, and Suica are also accepted.

Is it possible to change the reserved plan on the day of reservation?

You can actually see the kimono at the time of your visit and change the plan to your preference. Please feel free to ask our staff.

What time do I have to return it?

Please return by 17:00 on the same day.
If you would like to return the next day (for a fee), please apply for it at the reception desk.

Can I rent a kimono on a rainy or snowy day?

Kimono rentals are available even in bad weather.
In winter, we recommend wearing warm underwear innerwear to protect against cold weather.
Please feel free to ask our staff about recommended sightseeing routes and photo-worthy spots even on rainy days.

Can I choose my Shichi-Go-San kimono in advance?

We will also email you in advance the type of kimono your child will be wearing so you can choose in advance at home.
If you wish, please let us know at the time of reservation.

Is it possible to bring my kimono and have it dressed and hair set?

We can also dress kimonos that you bring in. The fee varies depending on the type of kimono, so please let us know when you make your reservation.
If you are missing any accessories, please let us know and we will be happy to lend them to you.

Do you have kimonos in large sizes?

Women’s Premium Plan is available in a wide range of sizes from 2L (145cm-175cm).
Men’s Kimono Plan is available in sizes M – 3L (160cm – 190cm).

Do you have larger sizes of zori/geta?

Larger sized tabi socks and zori are also available for both women and men.
28cm for women, 30cm for men.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. You may also bring your own sandals or boots.

Are lace underwear and boots available for rent?

Lace underwear and boots are not available for rent; please bring your own.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee will be charged for reservations made through the website. Please call or email the store as soon as possible.
For reservations made through other websites, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Is there parking available?

If you are coming by car, there are two parking spaces in front of the restaurant for your use while we prepare. If the parking lot is full, we ask for your cooperation in parking at a nearby toll parking lot.
Also, please refrain from parking on the street or at nearby stores without permission, as this will inconvenience others.

How far is it to Toshogu Shrine?

It is 2.5 km from our restaurant, 6 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

Is there a make-up menu?

There is no make-up menu, so please come with your own make-up.

Do you have a wedding kimono?

We do not deal in kimonos for weddings.
Our formal kimono is a visiting kimono.
